Haphazard
I have little to no interest and even less knowledge of anything architecture related, however the other night when I got home from work and my (architecture student) housemate was watching the story of how the above house was made on Grand Designs, I was completely hooked. Not so much by the story and design aspects but the incredible workmanship and of course the end result. The house is situated in the woods in Sussex, and was entirely handmade out of chestnut from the surrounding woods. With our recent real estate woes, my roomies and I are house hunting at the moment and a little place like this would be perfect...
