You Can Smoke, and Choke and Rock My Mind

This headpiece is currently at the Stephen Jones curated Hats exhibition at the Queensland Art Gallery. I recently had a couple come in Boxvintage who had come up from Melbourne to see the exhibitions at GoMA and QAG. It's so exciting to see Brisbane growing up! The exhibition is amazing, definitely worth a visit and this hat is one in particular I wouldn't mind in my own wardrobe.

My friend Tommy is having a a party for one of his installation pieces at a local art space, should be an afternoon of colorful characters and chilled drinks, then the next day I'll be heading up to the dream house at Coolum for some quality beach time.

Jacket weather in Brisbane! At night at least anyway.

Wild World

Heading on a coastal adventure with my man for this Easter long weekend. My bag for the coast is always packed haphazardly and day to day dress ends up being a mish mash of layers with spontaneous yard sale finds thrown in and a borrowed jumper over the top as I always forgot how crisp the sea air is at night. I wish my thrown together look came off as well as the kooky yet ever ethereal Iekeliene Stange.
