So I've been flying very low on the radar of late, lots of very exciting projects that are soon to be released that have been keeping me busy. Today was one of those fantastic days where an amazing team made a campaign shoot feel anything but a day at work. Thank you so much to photographer Danni Ogilvie, makeup and hair artist Lauren Chalmers, videographer Amy Longworth, models Mia Forrest, Alana Anderson and Georgie Gifford, and of course exceptionally beautiful and talented designer Holly Ryan. The new season jewellery campaign is out of control gorgeous everyone, get ready!

MISTERIA

A preview of the soon to be released DIAZ AW 2012 campaign which I styled recently. Photography by the amazing Megan Cullen, and shot on location in beautiful Woombye. This was one of best weekends away for work that I've ever had - it always comes down to working with incredible people and the team for this project were perfect! 

Back in the Game

I was fortunate enough to work with incredible Brisbane based shoe label Tom Gunn recently and picked up a pair of these beautiful wedges. They've been my go to heel ever since and I must say, Shannon Gunn  and Gaby Thompson have absolutely perfected the art of functional yet beautiful and interesting footwear. The materials used in all of their collections are of the best quality and the color palettes will leave you anxious in anticipation between season to season. I've got my eye on their striking collaboration with Sydney wunderkind Gary Bigeni, as well as the exciting AW 12 Collection due to drop in stores in February.

Autumn Anticipation

I've got a few exciting projects in the works at the moment with one of my favorite Brisbane labels, Diaz. It's been such a rewarding experience to watch this label grow over the past eighteen months and I couldn't be more proud to have had the privilege to work alongside talented designer Ana Diaz. 

A collaboration with Sportsgirl has been on the horizon for the last year, and now we can finally see the results! The collection, 'The Graduates' features both Diaz and Sydney graduate Jessica O'Connor, both contributing a five piece capsule collection which will be launched in stores on the 2nd of March. 

I've got my eye on the mustard polka dot knit and black kimono style coat! I'm fortunate enough to own the brown leather circle skirt from the Diaz AW 2011 collection and the mustard knit will be the perfect accompaniment for Autumn.

Westfall

I attended the QUT Fashion Graduate Showcase last week and yet again came away very excited about the potential of some of Brisbane's emerging design talent. I'm keen to snap up a few pieces from a few of the designers, including above, Clea Prentice's Western inspired collection. This baby blue cotton dress will be perfect for Autumn with some boots and a fur vest.

Treasure Hunt

I'm very excited at the new Molten Relic collection, launched today online as the in house line for the ever alluring Molten Store. The neckpieces are my personal favorites, however I'm thinking the stunning crystal and sterling silver rings and beaded clutches will make great Christmas gifts for my girlfriends.

Dynasty

I'm absolutely breathtaken at the results of this collaboration between the fabulous Mr Thom Kerr and my beautiful friend Paula Walden. Paula's new collection 'Dynasty' is what I'm picturing with every outfit for next season - there's not a single piece here that I can't imagine wearing. The gorgeous model is Anthea @ Busy Models, and hair and makeup by Lauren McCowan.

Skippy

I've been meaning to post on this topic for a while now but have been very internet slack of late. BIG congratulations to my lovely friend Ana Diaz for her presence at Loreal Melbourne Fashion Festival and the positive reception her collection has received in the press. I could not be more proud of Ana and adore her collection - possibly a little too much! As Brisbane grows very gradually colder, Ana's collection is consistently what I wish I was wearing. Watch out for this girl - she is going to be huge!

You Don't Know How to Love Me

This collection grows on me more and more as time passes and Megan Cullen's expertise has captured the soft beauty of Ana's collection perfectly. I'm excited to be wearing the khaki green cape dress this evening to my exhibition opening at the Substation.

I attended the QUT Graduate Fashion Parade last week and was so utterly impressed with so many of the collections I saw. The above looks are my picks of my friend Ana Diaz's collection. The detail in the khaki dress was exquisite and moved so gracefully, I have to have it!
