My bank balance is a little sad after my visit yesterday to the Gail Sorronda and Friends Studio Sale, however I am now the proud owner of this silver headlights headband. I've been lusting after it since I used it for a photo shoot and am very excited that I was able to get my hands on the last one available!

Paranoid

My friends at Gail Sorronda have organised this fun sale for this weekend, for once Brisbane isn't missing out on the sweet sample and past season sales that our southern state friends often get privileged to enjoy! I am excited to score myself some RWB goodies...

I Was Always Here to Stay

Two elements of my outfit today. The platforms are one of my better finds from the West End op shops, and although difficult to get into, surprisingly comfortable. I am a long time collector of all things Studibaker Hawk, however most of my pieces are their trademark evening dresses. This little vest is actually one half of an amazing suit which I was lucky enough to snatch up when it appeared one week at Boxvintage. I love the mix of the polka dot and raven screenprint. Wearing these today layered with a black lace bodysuit, white lace socks, vintage Cue ballerina skirt and Gail Sorronda neckpiece.

That pom-pom mohawk headpiece from Gail Sorronda's show. This was my favorite part - I have to have this or at least use it for a shoot. So so good. I really liked the whole show but the accessories, as usual, completely made it.

Sleep Deprivation

Captured looking somewhat unawares by the lovely Lucy Laucht, wearing my new Gail Sorronda headband at work. This piece is the perfect blend of princess and crust punk and I utterly love it.
